The quick-start

Five steps to a useful Pro Account.

One account-saved order sheet, current prices, and normal Shopify checkout. Nothing is ordered or charged until you check out.

  1. 1

Tell us how your company buys

Send your company name, delivery locations, approved buyers, PO rules, payment needs, and how often you usually order.

  2. 2

    Sign in after approval

Your welcome email links to Your Purchased Items. Use your checkout email and the code Shopify sends. Orders under another email are not automatically combined; ask us for help rather than creating a second account.

  3. 3

    Enter this order's quantities

Your order sheet combines distinct items from all your paid Shopify orders. Set quantities beside what you need; leave other items at zero. Save quantities for later keeps the sheet in your account across devices. Save & add to cart adds selected items without removing anything already in your cart. Check quantities, prices, shipping, and taxes, then complete normal Shopify checkout.

Prices are current, not historical. Unavailable items remain visible but cannot be added from this sheet. Newly purchased items appear on your next visit. First-time buyers start with an empty sheet.

  4. 4

    Ask before you guess

If a number is worn off or two parts look similar, use Identify a Part. Send the machine model, serial number, old part number, and clear photos from more than one angle.

  5. 5

    Ask about additional company services

Shared buyers, named company lists, private pricing, credit terms, and automatic schedules are separate requests—not automatic Pro benefits. We confirm any arrangement before anything ships. The public catalog's Save as reorder list feature stores a request list on one device; it is different from your account-saved purchased-items sheet.

How pricing works

Public catalog price and your approved price may be different.

Public pages follow manufacturer advertising rules. When approved account pricing is available, it is shared privately. We confirm the exact part, current price, availability, shipping, and fit before payment.

No guessing and no hidden supplier costs. A catalog number helps us find the part; it is not a promise that the price or inventory has not changed.
