Before payment
The product catalog is a discovery and request tool until checkout is enabled. A quote is not final until item availability, destination, shipping charge, tax, and expected handling time are confirmed.
Direct shipment
Approved orders may be fulfilled and shipped by SprayMart or another disclosed supplier. Packages may arrive separately when an order contains multiple fulfillment sources.
Timing and tracking
Published lead times are estimates, not guarantees. When a supplier supplies tracking, SpraySales will make it available through the configured order-notification workflow.
Freight and address exceptions
Oversize, hazardous, rural, international, lift-gate, residential, or incorrect-address charges require review. No freight rule is final until the supplier shipping formula is approved.
Damage or shortage
Keep the packaging and contact SpraySales promptly with the order reference, photos, and a description of damage, shortage, or incorrect items. Carrier and supplier deadlines may apply.
