It begins with your first order—not when you visit the site, create an account, or receive your shipment. Your first order is included. Later orders do not restart the clock.
Is there a store-wide end date?
No. This is an ongoing policy for new customers. Each customer has their own 30-day window, so a customer who starts later still gets the full benefit.
How do I keep my orders together?
