How to find the right replacement part

The fastest starting point is the exact part number. If you cannot find it, send our team the information below so we can help.

I have a part number. What should I do?

Enter it in our parts search. Include all digits and check any final revision number. Read the product specifications before adding it to your cart. If a result names a replacement part, check that replacement information rather than assuming similar numbers are interchangeable.

I do not have a part number. What should I send?

Use Identify a Part to send a clear photo of the complete item, any printed or stamped markings, and your machine's model and serial-number label. Explain what the part does and what needs replacing. Our team reviews the request and follows up.

What should I check on a replacement motor?

Record the original part number, voltage, motor type, mounting arrangement and connections. For a vacuum motor, include the stage count and dimensions if known. Similar appearance alone does not establish electrical or mechanical compatibility. Installation may require a qualified technician.

What should I check on hoses and fittings?

Record the connection type, male or female ends, size, hose length, and the equipment's pressure and temperature requirements. A fitting that looks similar may use a different thread or connection. Send photos of both ends if you are unsure.

Where can I buy a matching part?

Browse parts by category or search the exact number. Product links open our Shopify store, which shows the current price and checkout options. You can buy as a guest. A Pro Account adds a saved purchased-items sheet for repeat ordering.

How does the new-customer shipping policy work?

Our policy gives new customers free standard U.S. shipping for 30 days from their first order, including that first order. Read the shipping details and review the shipping amount at checkout.

Compare part types before ordering

These examples link directly to the exact product pages. Check current specifications and price there. They are not a compatibility guarantee or a list of best sellers. If you are unsure, send our team a part photo and machine details.

Hose by the foot, complete hose, or a hose reel?

Check what the listing includes before choosing a quantity. Bulk hose sold per foot is not a complete reel. A hose reel's capacity describes the hose it can hold; it does not establish that hose is included. Match diameter, length, connections, pressure and temperature requirements on the product page. A sandblast hose and a high-pressure water hose are different product types, not substitutes.

Choosing a drum pump

Start with the exact pump number and the liquid being transferred. These two listings identify different Red Head duty versions. Check the product details and confirm material and chemical compatibility before ordering; standard-duty and heavy-duty labels alone do not establish compatibility with your liquid or container.

Match the turbo nozzle repair kit, not just its appearance

These are repair kits, not complete turbo nozzles. The 4.5 and 6.0 orifice sizes are separate supplier part numbers. Match your original nozzle model, exact kit number and orifice size; do not treat the kits as interchangeable because their names or photos look similar.

Filter bags, chemical filters and vacuum motor gaskets

Identify what you are replacing first. A chemical filter with a check valve, a vacuum filter bag and a motor gasket serve different purposes. For bags, check the machine model, attachment and pack quantity. For a gasket, match the original part number and mounting requirements. For the chemical filter, check the hose connection and chemical-system requirements.

LP to natural gas is not the same as natural gas to LP

Check the required conversion direction as well as the exact valve and equipment. These two listings describe opposite directions. They are not universal conversion kits. Have a qualified gas-system technician confirm the correct kit and perform the conversion; do not choose a kit by appearance alone.

A shoulder harness is an accessory, not a complete wand

This part is a strap and belt shoulder harness listed with fiberglass telescoping-wand accessories. Match your wand and attachment requirements. The harness listing is not a complete telescoping wand or spray gun.

Complete surface cleaner or a replacement component?

Check the exact part number and what the listing includes. A handle kit, seal kit, swivel, wheel or spray bar is a replacement component rather than a complete surface cleaner. Big Guy versions with two and four nozzles have different part numbers. Match the original equipment and assembly before ordering; a shared category does not establish interchangeability.

Check the included components and nozzle size

The 9.119-076.0 replacement wheel assembly includes one wheel, although the complete cleaner uses three. The 8.711-110.0 Pit Boss listing is the base unit only; the supplier excludes its hose, nozzle and quick coupler. Sandblast heads numbered 8.711-242.0 through 8.711-245.0 list different nozzle sizes: 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and 5.5. Match the required size and exact part number rather than choosing by appearance.
