Information collected
SpraySales forms may collect contact and company details, machine and part information, photos, quote items, order references, messages, referral data, and basic site-interaction events. Payment data should be handled by the approved commerce provider, not by these inquiry forms.
How information is used
Information may be used to identify parts, answer questions, prepare quotes, fulfill and support orders, prevent abuse, improve catalog discovery, maintain records, and comply with applicable obligations.
Service providers
Data may be processed by hosting, CRM, commerce, payment, analytics, communications, and supplier services only as needed for their role. Production vendors and contractual terms are not yet final.
Photos and sensitive data
Do not upload payment cards, government IDs, health records, or unrelated personal information. Part photos may contain metadata or background details; customers should review images before submission.
Retention and choices
Final retention periods, cookie controls, jurisdiction-specific rights, and the privacy contact address must be set before launch. Requests can be sent through the Contact page in the interim.
